At Heirloom Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns or replacements on hardware and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return request.
- 2.Review Eligibility
Our team will verify if your items meet our return criteria; please note that roasted coffee beans are generally non-returnable but may be eligible for replacement if damaged.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your unopened items or hardware in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back to our roastery.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
